Brother HL-4070CDW Color Laser Printer with built-in duplex and wireless interface
The price and good service from Amazon - printer delivered on time, as promised, but the same can not be said of Brother's customer support. The wireless interface is not installed. Brother customer support calls, waiting for 45 minutes waiting for a representative to respond. He spent 45 minutes on the phone with me and was not able to help with the setup wirless LAN. He arranged for a higher level of technical support to call me back after 5:30 CT. Do not call me, as agreed. I called Brother customer service back and wait another 45 minutes before they answered that few people know that the office of technical assistance that would call closed for business at 5:00. Pathetic service. They told me that the technicians who can help with this problem is only during working hours when people work. They should offer technical support after the general schedule. I think I made a mistake switching from HP to Brother. I have a new printer that does not work, bought by a company with customer support can not solve the problem.

Saves paper, but I do not have to give special support to all the additional card. The ink is relatively cheap. Standard-TN-620 toner is 54 and the additional capacity 8000-page toner is only 82 Bux.
